Today’s repeal of the Endangerment Finding made it clear that the political leadership of the Environmental Protection Agency is untethered to facts or science. The decision is a gift to polluters at the expense of Americans. If it stands, it will raise costs for families and communities and jeopardize the health and well-being of all New Yorkers. New York will continue to fight every day to protect New Yorkers from the impacts of climate change and deliver a safer, cleaner, and healthier future. |
