NY’s newest multi-millionaire left life-changing ticket pinned to basement wall for six weeks.

MANHATTAN, N.Y. -- The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present an over-sized prize check to a Staten Island plumber who won the $136,000,000 jackpot from the March 14 Powerball drawing.  The lucky pipe fitter unknowingly left the only ticket to match all six numbers from that night’s drawing pinned behind (what else) a pipe in his basement.
