DEC TO BREAK GROUND ON NEW OUTDOOR PAVILION AT MAURICE D. HINCHEY CATSKILL INTERPRETIVE CENTER

Improvements Part of Governor Cuomo's Adventure NY Initiative to Connect New Yorkers with Outdoors

Who:  New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Deputy Commissioner of Natural Resources, Kathleen Moser, and DEC Regional Director Kelly Turturro will be joined by state and local elected officials, including Town Supervisor Robert A. Stanley and Executive Director for the Catskill Center for Conservation and Development, Jeff Senterman, as well as other community partners for a formal groundbreaking ceremony. 

What:  DEC and partners break ground for a new outdoor pavilion at the Catskill Interpretive Center (CIC).

When:  Monday, Sept. 18, at 2:00 p.m.

Where:  Maurice D. Hinchey Catskill Interpretive Center (CIC) in Mt. Tremper, town of Shandaken, Ulster County
