The New York Lottery today announced that one third prize winning ticket worth $50,000 for the December 21, 2022 Powerball® drawing was purchased in New York. The winning ticket has four matching numbers and the Powerball.  

The third prize winning ticket was sold at Nablus Food on Annadale Road in Staten Island. The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing held on December 21 are: 12-15-24-34-59 and the Powerball is 14. 

Players can securely check their tickets on the New York Lottery app. The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field one to of 26.

The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m.

The jackpot for Satruday's drawing is $186 milllion.
