What: New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) will join New York City Parks, Local Government, the Trust for Public Land, and community partners to celebrate the completion of the William H. Pouch Scout Camp Conservation Easement. The property will now offer recreation and outdoor education for the public on certain days of the year.
