Larry Hartig of Syracuse has claimed the $17,000,000 New York LOTTO jackpot drawn on July 23 after matching the first six numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 06 08 22 29 37 50 Bonus Number 11. The Bonus Number is used to determine second prize. Hartig opted to receive the cash value of the annuitized jackpot resulting in a single lump sum payment of $5,770,232, after required withholdings. The ticket was purchased at Polge Wine & Liquors located at 434 West Seneca Turnpike in Syracuse. The New York LOTTO game generated $53,574,614 in total sales during fiscal year 2024-2025. School districts in Onondaga County received $129,763,289 in Lottery Aid to Education funds during the same period.
