New York State Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the online registration for additional evening Capitol Hauntings tours is now open. These tours were recently added to the schedule to meet the high demand during the final week of this popular special tour.

Available through November 2, the free Capitol Hauntings tours, given at 1 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, explore the historical legends and folklore connected to the historic state Capitol.

OGS has added a second tour at 5:30 each evening from Monday, October 29 to Friday, November 2. Tours start at the information desk located in the Capitol’s State Street Lobby, and due to limited space, pre-registration is required. Individuals and groups of 10 or fewer may register online at www.Empirestateplaza.org. Larger parties should call (518) 474-2418 to register.
