Major New Playground to Open in Celebration of Roberto Clemente State Park’s 40th Anniversary

New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commissioner Rose Harvey will be joined by state and city leaders to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Roberto Clemente State Park – and welcome significant improvements to the park, including a new playground and modern baseball field. The projects are funded by Governor Andrew Cuomo’s NY Works initiative and grants from community partners.
