State Parks Commissioner Rose Harvey joins Mayor Michael Quill and community leaders for a very special announcement outside the New York State Equal Rights Heritage Center.

The brief event will be held on the front lawn of Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street in Auburn.  Those attending are asked to park inside the downtown parking garage located across the block on Lincoln Street.
