The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega and Anna Lichorat will present $23,400,000 to New York’s newest Lottery millionaires.  The winners include a family of four that will split a $6,200,000 Lotto jackpot, a chef from Flushing who won a $7,000,000 scratch-off jackpot, an East Islip man who won $1,000,000 on a scratch-off ticket he received in a Valentine’s Day card and a Brookhaven construction worker who won a $9,200,000 Lotto jackpot.
