COMPANIES RECEIVE NEW YORK STATE SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESS CERTIFICATION

Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following businesses were recently certified by the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development.

The newly certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) are: 

  • Air Command Solutions, located in Ford Edward, NY, provides drone services.
  • Construction Support Svc., located in Upper Chichester, PA, specializes in on-site fuel management and monitoring.
  • Recon Remediation, located in Sturbridge, MA, is a construction and remediation equipment company.
  • Jen-Dan Enterprises, located in Sanborn, NY, provides general construction and hauling services.
  • MXB, located in Corning, NY, specializes in executive search services.
  • Six Pillars Group, located in Little Falls, NJ, is an electrical and other wiring installation contractor.
  • Carezip Contracting Company, located in Brooklyn, NY, specializes in residential and commercial remodeling.
  • Tutelary of the Afflicted, located in Hopewell Junction, NY, provides physical fitness training.
  • Streeter Enterprises, located in Mayfield, NY, is a management and project management consulting company.

The OGS Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development was created in May 2014 through the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 1,255 certified businesses.

The Act promotes and encourages the participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services, and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
