The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) today announced an auction of surplus vehicles, highway equipment, and miscellaneous property located in Saratoga Springs will be conducted on Tuesday, July 18. A surplus vehicle and equipment auction initially scheduled for July 19 in Albany has been rescheduled and will now take place on Tuesday, August 29.
