MTA Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Michael J. Garner will appear on PBS’s “New York State Celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: Civil Rights Then and Now,” a one-hour tribute to the preeminent civil rights icon, to discuss the MTA's role in providing minority and women-owned small businesses with mentoring and capacity building opportunities surpassing any other transportation agency.
