The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present an $80 million ceremonial prize check to a North Evans man who was the sole jackpot winner from the September 4 Powerball drawing. The presentation will take place at the Tops Friendly Markets in Derby where the lucky winner purchased his ticket.
