Contractor Continues Installation of Gas Line Beneath Tracks Near Port Jervis on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3Buses to Substitute for Weekend Trains Between Port Jervis and Harriman to Accommodate Infrastructure Maintenance

Metro-North Railroad advises customers that on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3, contractors for Millennium Pipeline will continue installing a gas line beneath the tracks near Port Jervis.
As a result of this infrastructure maintenance, substitute busing will be in effect between Port Jervis and Harriman on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3.
Service details are below:
To Hoboken
On Saturday June 2, beginning with the 7:24 a.m. train from Port Jervis, and continuing all day on Sunday, June 3, substitute bus service will be in place between Port Jervis and Harriman. Buses will make all regularly scheduled stops to Harriman, where customers can connect with regularly scheduled train service to Hoboken. Regular service will resume on Monday with the 3:50 a.m. train from Port Jervis.
To Port Jervis:
On Saturday, June 2, beginning with the 9:21 a.m. train from Hoboken, and continuing all day on Sunday, June 3, Port Jervis bound trains will terminate at Harriman, where customers can connect with buses serving all stops to Port Jervis. Regular service will resume on Monday with the 9:35 a.m. train from Harriman.
