The New York Lottery today announced two top-prize tickets for the June 22 Take 5 drawing were sold in Manhattan and New Hyde Park. The tickets – both Quick Picks - are each worth $30,975.

The lucky tickets were purchased at: 

• 1^st and 96^th Management (Shell Gas) at 1855 1^st Avenue in Manhattan
• CMSI (BP Gas) at 2298 Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park

The winning numbers for the June 22 drawing were: 04 – 06 – 12 – 14 - 21.

The winning numbers for Take 5 are drawn from a field of one to 39. The drawings are televised every evening at 11:21 p.m. Winning Take 5 tickets at all prize levels may be cashed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
