PHOTOS: MTA Leaders Visit Workers On First Day in New Positions

Leaders at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) were out in the field today on their first day in their new roles. Acting MTA Chairman and CEO Janno Lieber, NYC Transit Interim President Craig Cipriano and SVP of Subways for NYC Transit Demetrius Crichlow visited the New York City Subway Rail Control Center and Michael J. Quill Bus Depot to greet workers.   

Lieber was announced as Acting Chairman and CEO by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo on July 29, and nominated Cipriano and Crichlow as Interim President of NYC Transit and SVP of Subways for NYC Transit respectively on July 30.
