Liverpool Father of Three Wins $3,000,000 Scratch-off Prize

LIVERPOOL, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Gretchen Dizer will award a $3,000,000 prize check to a Liverpool Lottery player at the store where he purchased his winning 50X the Money scratch-off ticket. The winner is the first Onondaga County resident to claim a New York Lottery jackpot prize so far in 2013.
