All visitors who plan to attend the public hearing in person at 2 Broadway on Tuesday, Feb. 8, must wear a mask and show proof of fully vaccinated status. Anyone who fails to provide proof of vaccination status will not be admitted to 2 Broadway for the purpose of attending the public hearing. Masks must remain on for the duration of the hearing but may be removed when delivering comments. Those interested in speaking in person or via Zoom must pre-register to speak at the public hearing. Each registered speaker will have three minutes. Those who are unable to attend the public hearing, in person or virtually, but wish to submit comments may do so online or via mail. All letters must be postmarked by Feb. 8, 2022, and all online comments must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. on Feb. 8. Comments received after that date and time will not be considered.
