When: July 6, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. Where: 660 Madison Street, Syracuse, NY What: After a $2 million renovation, Hutchings Psychiatric Center's Madison Street Clinic will become the Syracuse-area’s largest outpatient behavioral health clinic, offering both psychiatric and primary healthcare services in a centralized location. Photo/Video Opportunity: Office of Mental Health leadership, local elected officials, and community stakeholders cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the renovated clinic. Interviews with Office of Mental Health leadership and tours of the facility will be available.
