The New York Lottery today announced that one third prize winning ticket worth $50,000 for the March 23, 2022 Powerball® drawing was purchased in Hicksville. The winning ticket has four matching numbers and the Powerball.  

The prize-winning ticket was purchased at the BP gas station on South Oyster Bay Road. 

The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on March 23 are: 31-32-37-38-48 and the Powerball is 24. Players can securely check their tickets on the New York Lottery app.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field one to of 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m. The estimated jackpot for the drawing to be held on March 26 is $181 milion.
