WILMINGTON, N.Y. --- For the first time ever, Whiteface Mountain, in Wilmington, N.Y., will host Cinco de Mayo on its slopes. Officials announced that the resort is extending its season through Saturday, May 5, marking the Olympic mountain’s longest season ever of 155-days. The mountain will open at 9 a.m. Skiing and riding is offered at $15 and the terrain available will be on Little Whiteface, serviced by both the Facelift and Little Whiteface lifts. The Cloudspin Bar & Grill will also be open for guests to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at the only ski mountain open in New York State. While at Whiteface, 2018-‘19 season passes are available.
