Visit nyscapitolstore.com to shop for gifts, face masks, and more Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced the opening of the official online store of the New York State Capitol. The online store makes many of the popular items sold only at the Empire State Plaza Visitor Center and Gift Shop in Albany, including NYS face masks, unique gifts, and souvenirs, available for purchase 24/7 from anywhere in the country.
Frequented primarily by tourists buying souvenirs to remember their visit to the New York State Capitol and State Employees who go there to seek out the perfect gift for any occasion, the gift shop at the Empire State Plaza Visitor Center and Gift Shop is now open online as the New York State Capitol Store at nyscapitolstore.com.
“For the past several years, this hidden gem at the Empire State Plaza has provided a wonderful in-person shopping experience for all who enter its doors,” Commissioner Destito said. “I am thrilled to announce that the official Online Store of the NYS Capitol is now online and open for business!”
Through this new online store, OGS can meet the demands of its customers beyond the Capital Region and will appeal to those with an interest in history, state capitols, and historic sites.
