State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos will join State Foresters, Rangers, Law Enforcement and local officials and partners in an honorary ceremony to rename the State Tree Nursery in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County. The event will conclude with new signage unveiling.
