Scratch-off Winner from Schenectady to receive $5,000,000 Early Birthday Present; Troy Retiree Making Travel Plans with his $1,000,000 Win

Both jackpot winners are beneficiaries of Lottery’s new scratch-off game annuity payment option

The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present an early birthday gift worth at least $5,000,000 to a recent Set For Life scratch-off game winner from Schenectady. Vega will present a separate, $1,000,000 prize check to a lucky 20X the Cash scratch-off game winner from Troy.

The two recent Capital Region winners are the first statewide to have the choice to take their prize as an annuity or a lump sum thanks to a new jackpot payment option now available to all scratch-off game jackpot winners.
