Long Island Rail Road President Phil Eng will make a radio appearance on Monday, Sept. 14, on LI News Radio with Jay Oliver to discuss mask fines and enforcement, the MTA’s dire financial situation and new technology on the LIRR’s TrainTime app. This is a live appearance and the timing is subject to change.
