Committee and Board Meetings of the

NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation

Notice is hereby given that the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation will hold the following meetings on Thursday, April 8, 2021:

Audit Committee at 11:00 a.m. and

Board of Directors at 11:30 a.m.

The meetings will be held remotely by videoconference, in compliance with the Corporation’s Bylaws and Executive Order No. 202.97.

The meetings will be webcast live on April 8, 2021 at the above specified times at https://players.brightcove.net/2886492229001/default_default/index.html?videoId=6193797864001 and will also be available on-demand, for no less than 30 days after April 8, 2021 at www.efc.ny.gov.
