Oswego Woman Set For Life with Lottery Scratch-Off Win

OSWEGO, NY – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present the Lottery prize of a lifetime to one very lucky Oswego County resident.  The lucky winner won the $5,000,000 top prize on the popular Set For Life scratch-off ticket.
