New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced the annual HarlemWeen family-friendly event will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, October 31 at the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building located at 163 West 125th Street in Harlem. “There is so much to enjoy about this time of year, which is why I’m calling all witches, goblins, and zombies to head to Harlem for free, family-friendly fun that will enchant the whole family,” Commissioner Moy said. “Harlemween at the Harlem State Office Building is a treat for kids and their parents, and I want to thank all the generous sponsors, performers, and volunteers for making this fun holiday event possible.” The event will be hosted by actor, storyteller, and poet Daniel Carlton, with music provided by DJ Stormin’ Norman. There will be activities and performances throughout the event, including:
