TICKETS GO ON SALE SATURDAY MORNING FOR TOBY KEITH

Ticket Sales Set for Superstar’s Show on New York State Fair Grandstand

The New York State Fair box office and online outlet open Saturday morning to sell tickets for the Friday, August 23 show by country superstar Toby Keith at the Grandstand.

Ticket sales begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 25, Commissioner of the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, Darrel J. Aubertine, announced. Tickets are available at the Fair’s box office, located at the main gate of the Fairgrounds, or through the Fair’s official and only online ticket retailer, Etix.com.  The box office closes at noon Saturday. Tickets are $65, 55, and 45.

Prices are the same whether tickets are bought online or in person at the box office.  A $3.75 service fee will be added to all tickets.  An additional fee will be charged for the use of a credit card.  Most major credit cards are accepted.  Your advance-sale concert ticket includes admission to the Fair.

Parking for box office sales is available in the Brown lot beginning at 5:30 a.m.  Lineup can begin at 6 a.m. Tickets for people with special needs and one companion – this includes those who are hearing impaired, use a wheelchair or have difficulty climbing stairs – will go on sale at the same time as general seating tickets. Parking for people with disabilities who have either the proper license plate or hanging tag will be available via Gate 2.

Tickets remain available for these other Grandstand shows. Reba, with opening act Caroline Kole, performs at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 25.  Tickets for her show are $55, 45 and 35.  Carly Rae Jepsen, with opening act Hot Chelle Rae, performs at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 24.  Tickets for Jepsen’s show are $45, 35, and 25.  Comedian Jeff Dunham performs on Tuesday, August 27. Tickets for Dunham’s show are $45, 35, and 25.
