LAKE PLACID, N.Y. (June 13, 2013) --- USA Hockey has announced the schedule for its U.S. Women's National Team Selection Camp that will take place in Lake Placid, N.Y., June 18-23. The camp will culminate with the announcement of the U.S. Women’s National Team on June 24.  Those players will train together and participate in various competitions in the build-up to the 2014 Olympic Winter Games.

WHEN:           The U.S. Women’s National Team Selection Camp will be held June 18-23, in Lake Placid, N.Y., with scrimmages scheduled for Wednesday, June 19; Thursday, June 20; Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23. All scrimmages begin at 4 p.m. ET.  All scrimmages and practices will be held in Herb Brooks Arena 1980 Rink. Scrimmages will be open to media and public.

USA Hockey will announce its women’s national team during a press conference scheduled for Monday, June 24, at 11 a.m.  The press conference will take place in the Conference Center at Lake Placid’s Edelweiss Room.
