What: With the April 15^th income tax filing season deadline just days away, the Tax Department and community partners – including the Queens Library – remind New Yorkers they can file their tax returns for free.

New Yorkers are eligible for this free service if they earn $60,000 or less.

Volunteers who speak Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Bengali and Haitian Creole are on-site.

When:    Monday, April 13^th at 11 a.m.

Where:   The Queens Library at Flushing, 41-17 Main St., Flushing, NY, 11355.

Visuals:  The New York State Mobile Tax Assistance Unit will be assisting taxpayers in front of the library.   Additional taxpayers will be assisted in the library.  This library is one of the state’s busiest NYC free tax assistance sites.
