ALBANY — The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. to consider Eight Point Wind LLC’s (Eight Point Wind) application for Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need to build and operate a proposed 101.8 megawatt (MW) wind facility in the Towns of Greenwood and West Union (Steuben County).

The project is being developed by Eight Point, a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC.
