Binghamton, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present an over-sized prize check worth $3,000,000 to a lucky Johnson City man. The newly minted millionaire won the top prize on a $3,000,000 Supercash scratch-off ticket he purchased with his winnings from another ticket. The check presentation will take place at the Price Chopper where the life-changing ticket was purchased.
