Office of General Services Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following 14 businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):

• Casco Security Systems Inc., located in Rochester, NY, specializes in security systems.
• The Gutter Cutter Seamless Gutters, located in Theresa, NY, is a gutter and siding contractor.
• Vecra Inc., located in Lanham, MD, is a consultant firm.
• Homeland Language Services LLC, located in Oxnard, CA, provides interpretation and translation services.
• NSQN Systems Corp., located in Columbia, MD, provides computer programing and design services.
• Pulaski Construction Group LLC, located in New Paltz, NY, is a general contractor.
• WFV LLC, located in New York, NY, is a CBD social club.
• NLT Trucking LLC, located in Voorheesville, NY, provides hauling and construction services.
• Torrwood Farm LLC, located in Barryville, NY, manufactures organic hemp distillates and products.
• T. Advanced Drywall LLC, located in Ozone Park, NY, is a general contractor.
• Project Enterprize LLC, located in Grand Island, AL, provides administration management consulting services.
• Fiore Enterprise LLC, located in Levittown, NY, is a cannabis dispensary.
• EMS Training LLC, located in Bronx, NY, provides medical training services.

The Division was created in May 2014 with the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 992 certified businesses.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
