EFC President & CEO Maureen A. Coleman to Highlight Governor Hochul's Cybersecurity Investments for Adirondack and North Country Water Systems New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation President and CEO Maureen A. Coleman will join officials in Saranac Lake to highlight Governor Kathy Hochul's cybersecurity grants awarded to drinking water and wastewater systems across the Adirondacks and North Country. Strengthening Essential Cybersecurity for Utilities and Resiliency Enhancements (SECURE) is a first-in-nation grant program to help local governments identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities, strengthen defenses against cyber threats, and protect the essential water services that New Yorkers rely on every day.
