New York Lottery To Award Capital Region’s First Multimillion Prize Check of 2014 in Washington County

GREENWICH, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s John Schnurr will present an over-sized prize check worth $3,000,000 to a scratch-off game winner with family ties in Washington County. The event will take place at the store where the winner purchased his life-changing Three Million scratch-off ticket.
