OGS SEEKS VENDORS & EXHIBITORS FOR BLACK HISTORY MONTH EVENT

 

 
The New York State Office of General Services is seeking vendors for its Black History Month Cultural Expo and Vendor Fair on Wednesday, February 3 at the Empire State Plaza. All crafters, commercial vendors, not-for-profit informational groups, and especially artists and exhibitors with Black-History-Month-themed displays are encouraged to submit applications to participate in this event that celebrates the achievements and recognizes the role of black Americans in U.S. History.
 
The Black History Month Cultural Expo and Vendor Fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the concourse level of the Empire State Plaza and will offer vendors an opportunity to showcase, sample, and sell items to the approximately 15,000 people who work at and visit the Plaza every day at this time of year.
 
All prospective vendors must complete an application and permit agreement and return them to OGS by the January 20 deadline to be considered for participation. Day of event “walk-in” vendors are not permitted at any time.
