New York State Reaches Significant Milestone in Rehabilitation Tax Credit Projects

Investment in upstate historic buildings soaring

What:             Preservation advocates to discuss growth in usage of the state and federal rehabilitation tax credit, which provides incentives to reinvest in historic buildings.

The announcement will include information about the success of the nation’s leading program and the impact in each region of the state. The announcement is being held in conjunction with the 2017 New York Statewide Preservation Conference. A brief tour of Sibley Square will follow.
