What: The New York State Office of General Services will hold a live auction of an 8.15-acre state-owned former Department of Transportation maintenance facility located on the Cayuga Lake Inlet with a minimum bid set at $2.85 million. Bidders were required to pre-register by noon on Friday, September 11.
When: The auction is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 15, and will be streamed live at https://ogs.ny.gov/real-estate/ithaca-waterfront-auction
In person attendance: On-site auction capacity will be capped at 50 people. Media wishing to attend in person should contact Joe Brill by 10 a.m. Tuesday to determine if there is capacity available at joseph.brill@ogs.ny.gov or 518-474-5987.
