Finishing Trades Recruit Apprentices |

Ithaca, NY (February 28, 2020) – The Finishing Trades Institute of Western and Central New York (Ithaca) will conduct a recruitment from March 4, 2020 through March 3, 2021 for two Glazier apprentices, the New York State Department of Labor announced today. Please note that the openings listed for apprentices represent the total number for three recruitment regions, the Central, Mohawk Valley, and Southern Tier regions of the state. Applications can be obtained on the Finishing Trade’s website (www.dc4.org) during the recruitment period. Applications can also be obtained in person from Finishing Trades Institute of Western and Central New York, 585 Aero Drive, Cheektowaga, NY, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, during the recruitment period. Apprentice programs registered with the Department of Labor must meet standards established by the Commissioner.
