On her first official day on the job, Interim MTA New York City Transit President Sarah Feinberg greets employees and customers during her subway ride to MTA Headquarters on Monday, March 9, 2020.  As interim president, Feinberg will oversee the 48,000 person workforce of the NYC Transit, as well as operations for New York City subways, buses, paratransit services, and the Staten Island Railway.  Feinberg brings a wealth of experience to the position, having previously served in a number of high-ranking leadership posts.
