BRONX - The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will award a Bronx man his $7,000,000 jackpot prize at the store where he purchased his life changing ticket. The fifty-six-year-old bartender purchased his $7,000,000 Cash Blowout ticket at the Woodlawn Gift Shop on Katonah Avenue while waiting for his laundry.
