Office of General Services Acting Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following 17 businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):

- Fort Frisbee LLC, located in Brewerton, NY, specializes in animal care, boarding and training services.
- ALFA Tech Consulting Inc., located in Jackson Heights, NY, provides full video and audio production.
- Arkenstone Technologies LLC, located in Moon Township, PA, specializes in information technology.
- AutoFlex Inc., located in Baltimore, MD, is an electric vehicle supplier and leaser.
- LessImp Inc., located in Brooklyn, NY, specializes in mobile applications.
- Boynton Enterprises, LLC, located in Middletown, NY, provides commercial and residential cleaning services.
- Goodwin & Grimes Private Investigations LLC, located in Uniondale, NY, provides investigation and security services.
- Kandu Supplies and Services LLC, located in Helotes, TX, is a medical supplier.
- Fourth Sector Services LLC, located in Bolivar, NY, provides consulting and administrative services.
- Empire State Quartermaster LLC, located in Wappingers Falls, NY, manufactures military and first responder uniforms and accessories.

The Division was created in May 2014 with the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 950 certified businesses.
The Act promotes and encourages participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
