New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment Issues Final July 1, 2024 Agenda

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet on Monday, July 1, at 2:00 p.m., in the 19th Floor Board Room of the Department of Public Service’s (Department) Albany office, located at Three Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, and the 4th Floor Boardroom of the Department’s New York City office, located at 90 Church Street, New York, New York. The purpose of the Siting Board meeting is to consider petitions filed in this proceeding by Baron Winds LLC and Baron Winds II LLC on September 6, 2022, to amend and, in part, to transfer Baron Winds LLC’s Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need.
