Groundbreaking for new PS 115 playground

WHAT:           Groundbreaking for playground transformation project

                      1500 East 92nd Street, Brooklyn NY 11236        

 

The PS 115 Community Playground transformation was designed by students, staff, parents, and community members through The Trust for Public Land’s NYC Playgrounds Program. The playground is part of Governor Cuomo’s Vital Brooklyn initiative – to increase access to open space, recreation, and healthy food; create better jobs and schools; prevent violence; and enhance resiliency. Partners, school children and community members will take part in the groundbreaking on the asphalt lot at Friday’s ceremony.
