DEC Staff Will Hold Availability Session Prior to the Meeting to Discuss Draft Permit

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 19 at 6 p.m. to allow members of the public to present comments on a draft permit for renewal of the existing Kodak and RED-Rochester LLC’s Hazardous Waste Management Permit for the Eastman Business Park Facility in the City of Rochester and Town of Greece in Monroe County. The hearing will be held at the Eastman Business Park, Theater on Ridge, Building 28, Colonial Dining Room, 210 West Ridge Road, Rochester.

An Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) will preside over the public meeting. Anyone who wants to present oral comments can register with the ALJ to speak at the meeting. Written comments will also be accepted.

Prior to the hearing, DEC staff will host an availability system from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Theater on the Ridge, to provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions about the draft permit.
