Where:  Washington's Headquarters State Historic Site
              Located on Liberty Street between Washington and Lafyette
              Newburgh, NY


Acting State Parks Commisisoner will be joined by State and Local electeds to officially re-open the Tower of Victory. Following the official ribbon cutting, the public is welcome to climb the Tower of Victory to the newly restored belvedere, and take in the best views of the Hudson River and the Highlands.
