January 29, 2016 -- The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) Office of Interoperable and Emergency Communications (OIEC) today announced details of an upcoming meeting of the Statewide Interoperable and Emergency Communications (SIEC) Board. The 25-member board is comprised of state agency heads, state legislative representatives, representatives of first responder organizations, and experts in the field of interoperable and emergency communications |
