Metro-North Railroad is partnering with Westchester County to encourage diners to ride the train as New York State accelerates its reopening. Following the news conference, there will be a bonus story opportunity for media in attendance. The MTA will formally recognize the owners of a local business that has remained open throughout the pandemic, giving life to the area through the toughest times of the pandemic.
